[AG-TECH] Error installing AG2.4

Make sure your video device is properly installed. VIC does that if you have video service enabled, but no camera to connect to (or VIC does not recognize the capture card/camera).

I am setting up a AG PIG on a WindowsXP machine, the installation went without a
hitch. However, when starting up, the Vic bombs out with an Microsoft C++
error. Any ideas anyone
