[AG-TECH] error launching ag3 venue from scheduler - WindowsXP

That seems to work.  I need to have the Venue Client running before I 
click the link, else I get an error something like Cannot launch 
VenueClient.py

It is not that big of a deal though.  Works great if I have the client 
running.
