[AG-TECH] Unable to upload or download files in Data area.

AGtk-3.0.1 & 3.0.2
Windows XP
I'm unable to upload and download files from the data area of the venue
client. I've tried on both our venues server and Argonne's.
This makes using shared presentation unusable. Does anyone have any
ideas of what would cause this? Anyone else have this problem?
