[AG-TECH] AGVCR problem

hi,

i tried installing agvcr.exe by downloading the windows xp binary as well
as the GTK+2.8.18.setup-1.exe, put them in the same folder and ran them
both multiple times but i keep get the same error message:

libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll was not found

this already exists in the GTK/bin directory. should it be someplace else?

PS using the AG standalone version with the .bat file works fine.
