[AG-TECH] Python script errors.

In the current Windows release, you will get this error when you
try to run the AG executables on the command line.  You can
avoid the problem by running the executables like so:

runag3.py agservicemanager3.py

This is necessary because of accommodations we made for
having both AG2 and AG3 installed on the same machine.
The requirement of using runag3.py will be removed in an
upcoming release.
