wxPython 2.5 is from the unstable wxPython release series, see:
  http://wiki.wxpython.org/index.cgi/ReleaseSeries
so effectively the latest wxPython 2.5.x is a pre-release of the stable
wxPython 2.6.0.

The change happened sometime in the wxPython 2.5.x series, you are most
likely using a earlier version of wxPython 2.5 which supports both
wx.iewin and wx.lib.iewin modules.
