[AG-TECH] RAT over wireless

Hi Piers.

The wireless network quality isn't so good.  I'll need to check with them
about exactly what their reception quality matrix looks like.  They have
monitored the network and  have observed significant packet loss.
So, maybe redundancy would improve things.  I'll ask them to enable it.
