[AG-TECH] Winnov Videum Quattro

Hi Chris:

The error you're seeing is due to a missing import in the VideoProducerService.  We are 
building a new Windows package
that will fix this problem, at which point it should map the devices correctly.  I'll let 
you know when that is available.
