[AG-TECH] upgrade from AG2.3 to AG2.4

We are about to upgrade our AGnode from 2.3 to 2.4. and
wondered if it was just an install over or remove (what)
and install.
We have :

one machine Windows 2K for the control and audio/video display
one machine Linux RH3 for the video producer and
one machine Windows 2k for Genter control.
