[AG-TECH] unicast bridge

The NCSA and Argonne venues each run a unicast bridge. When you choose Use
Unicast in the Venue Client you will be prompted to choose a bridge. By
default the Venue Client will show you the servers that can host the venue
you are currently in. ~ian
