Could you take a look in your logfiles, and at this bug?

In fact, if anyone has problems with the AG software on recent IBM XP OEM installs, they
will likely find the solution in that bug report.

If that doesn't help you, and you don't see any other clear indication of the problem in
the log, you can send it along and I'll take a look.
