[AG-TECH] Changing Venue Server ports from default

Hi Jason:

You can change the ports as follows:

The main port for the venue server (for SOAP calls) is specified on the command line,
using the '-p' option.  The other ports (for data, event, and text) are specified in the
VenueServer.cfg file, with the following options:

dataPort = <portnum>
textPort = <portnum>
eventPort = <portnum>

These options will be apparent if you look at your VenueServer.cfg file.

I've also filed a bug against the Venue Management manual, since this detail should be
included there (http://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/accessgrid/show_bug.cgi?id=1312).
