[AG-TECH] Problem with mic, rat and gentoo

This is a characteristic of AC97 based cards. Rat handles some of them by hardcoding;
others can be handled by setting the OSS_IS_AC97 environment variable.
export OSS_IS_AC97=1 (for sh)
setenv OSS_IS_AC97 1 (for csh)
Hopefully this fixes the problem.
