[AG-TECH] Announcement: Visualization Server Shared Application v0.1

Hello all,

Over the last year or so we have been working on a shared application 
for integrating SGI's visualization server (VizServer) software into the 
AG. VizServer is a collaborative visualization platform that allows 
collaborators to visualize data sets on a large scale visualization 
machine and view those visualizations on their desktop. We have created 
a shared application that incorporates this capability into the AG 
through use of a shared application. You may have seen me talk about 
this at SCGlobal this year (and an earlier version of it at the AG Retreat).

This shared application is not for everyone (you do need the SGI 
server), but for those people that have access to an SGI visualization 
machine that runs the VizServer software, this can be a very powerful 
tool...
