[AG-TECH] vic works on command line but fails to be started via AG

You might also check the logfile for failures that occurred in trying to start vic.
Logfiles reside in C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\AccessGrid\Logs,
named according to the service (e.g., VideoService.log).
