[AG-TECH] Gentoo: agpm.py and VenueServer fail.

Hi West:

If you're missing that directory, the installation may have gone wrong in other ways too.
 Rather than create individual directories, I'd suggest that you re-emerge the toolkit,
watching for problems that occur.  If you find any, you can report them here (or to
bugzilla) and we can help you resolve them.

Note that Gentoo regards files in /etc as configuration data, and may issue a warning at
the end of the emerge about updates to these files, which need to be handled manually.
