[AG-TECH] AGSchedule Upgrade

We will move AGSchedule http://agschedule.ncsa.uiuc.edu/ to the newly 
upgraded machine on Wednesday Jan 27 at 4pm.  There will be a brief 
interruption in service as the database is copied to the new machine.  We 
have adjusted the TTL on the DNS entries so that the DNS updates will 
happen quicker.

For those with firewalls the new IP will be:

141.142.6.86
SSL on port 443
