When you configure the camera, what format are you selecting?

The maximum video that vic can handle is something like 352x288. It usually
crashes if it cannot handle the resolution chosen.

Subject: [AG-TECH] Vic.exe error

Hi,

I have not been able to receive video, tho I can transmit it. I followed
the tutorial for video troubleshooting. The steps I took were these:

-->      Encoder

-->      Options

-->      Configure on transmit

-->      Video format

-->      Camera controls

-->      Capture source

When I hit apply in capture source, I received a "vic.exe" error and it shut
down. This has happened 4 or 5 times. I de-installed and then re-installed
everything...and the same thing happened. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Nora Barry
