[AG-TECH] "waiting for video" with unicast

This part of the problem is related to the bridging software.  It distinguishes between 
clients based on IP but not port, so it sends data to only one vic instance per machine. 
On a single machine node, the workaround is to use a VideoService instead of both a 
VideoProducer and VideoConsumer (which should be done on a single machine node anyway). 
If you have multiple cameras, a producer started for each one can send data to the bridge, 
and it will be distributed correctly.
