[AG-TECH] Can't connect to a venue

Yes, I am living with this problem with a Thinkpad.

The other change that I make in the environment is to remove python22 in the path and replace it with python23.

The other thing that I find is that if you use one of the special Thinkpad applications, such as Access IBM and the "blue button", then all the Python22 environment variables can get inserted back into the environment.
