[AG-TECH] VenueVNCServer available

Ah.....

Yes it does work -- the VNC Application Session does appear in the venue when the server is running on my Windows machine.

It is not clear to me what the proper shut down procedure is. Stopping the VenueVNCServer.py process with Control-C does not stop the VNC Server (at least on my Windows machine), so this could be a problem.

Also, the command line option of 

--name="Some name for the session"

is also useful information for users.
