[AG-TECH] [Debian] New packages released

Hi All,

I've just updated the Debian AG packages in the APT archive.  This are
the same testing packages released early December. The globus package
should fix the problems with symlinks and ldconfig. The accessgrid
packages should now contain the correct vic & rat implementations and
has been patched with my Linux fixup patch that should hopefully make it
more robust.  It also contains the updated Alsa driver.
