[AG-TECH] "No personal data available"

howdy! everyone

I can connect to the venue vv2.. and  see  some participants .But it seems very strange that every participants is "No personal data available".I have try several times .It's always ""No personal data available".I don't know why ?
My software installed is ActivePython-2.3.2-232-win32-ix86,wxPythonWIN32-2.4.2.4u-Py23,AGTk-2.2-Final-Py-2.3. Is there any software i need to install ? or enough?
