[AG-TECH] a couple of tips for running ag sessions

hi folks

Just a reminder... when participating in AccessGrid
meetings people should consider a couple of things

1) the background chat - the Jabber is "key" for troubleshooting
and just basically coordinating node op activities before
and during a session - plus it can be fun!

2) testing - It's very important to test your connection
into the AG session prior to the meeting starting - I have
found that it takes at least 15 minutes for all the sites
to get settled with the correct audio levels etc... and
if there are network issues it can sometimes takes longer.
