[AG-TECH] VideoProducer not recognizing Videum card

Hi,

 

I have been running AG toolkit 2.3 on a single machine running Windows XP
for the past year or so. When I fired up my AG node today, I noticed I was
transmitting a black screen for my video.  I am using a Videum capture card,
and I heard that there are some issues with this card in AG toolkit.  What I
don't understand is why it stopped working all of a sudden.  I didn't change
anything as far as I know (yeah I know, we all heard THAT before).  So in
the off chance that I did change things, I blew away AG toolkit and the
...Application Data\AccessGrid folder for my AG user.  I then re-installed
AG toolkit. However I am still getting a black screen for my video.  The
VideoProducerService log file an has an 'Error Exception mapping device'
message as shown in this log file snippet:

So... how can I fix this?  I am definitely NOT a guru when it comes to
python or AG stuff in general.
