[AG-TECH] Shared Whiteboard compile under Windows

There is a install available for this, unless you are trying to add other 
features.  It is available at:

http://www-mice.cs.ucl.ac.uk/multimedia/software/wbd/1.0ucl4/wbd-1.0ucl4-win32.exe

I've used it successfully on Windows and connected to the Linux version.
