Jim,

After I installed SP2 on my PIG with the firewall on, I have been prompt
to unblock a few processes when I first connect to a venue. I accepted to
do so. However I could not hear from others, until I added "ratmedia" as
an exception too.
My exceptions related to the AG and Psi are:
1)AG Tools:
C:\Documents and Settings\Monika Rabarison\Application Data\AccessGrid\local_services\VideoConsumerService\vic.exe

2)AG Tools:
C:\Documents and Settings\Monika Rabarison\Application Data\AccessGrid\local_services\AudioService\rat.exe

3)Psi

4)python

5)pythonw

6)rat-kill

7)ratmedia:
C:\Documents and Settings\Monika Rabarison\Application Data\AccessGrid\local_services\AudioService\ratmedia.exe

Hope this help,

Monika
