[AG-TECH] rat keeps dying...

Hi all,

Rat keeps crashing on our AG2 machine. We're running it as 
audio,video, and display. Here's what's available for 
information in the Application log under WindowsXP:

Faulting application ratmedia.exe, version 0.0.0.0, 
faulting module ratmedia.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault 
address 0x0001d6d6.

We're running AG 2.3, es1371, under Windows XP SP2.
