Unfortunately I can't help you with this , as our multicast network is 
completely open.
So I didn't had to bother any fw admin.

My mistake, it is labeled Venue. I attached a screen shoot where to find the 
properties for AGT 2.3.
Besides I would advise you to use AGT 2.3 as there are a lot of bugfixes 
since 2.1.2.
Especially when you use it under windows it is easy to install. Remove 
previous versions first.

Maybe try the following url first. This works most of the time for me:
https://vv2.mcs.anl.gov:9000/Venues/default

The new server should work too, but most ppl are still on the old one. Find 
the new one at:
https://watts.mcs.anl.gov:9000/Venues/default
