[AG-TECH] AG 1.x and AGSchedule

As Argonne National Lab will be retiring their AG1.x infrastructure on Dec 
1 2004, AGSchedule will no longer support the AG1.x launch capability for 
the NCSA venues as of January 3, 2005.
