Yes, very sure - we have two nodes working that way.  The certificate S/W is
equally available under XP; whether that implies Globus or not I don't know,
but it all works!

mmm... r u sure? I thought the reason of the linux nodes was the possibility
of accessing the grid by means of globus.
Am I wrong??
