[AG-TECH] Granularity of saved information for sessions

In the 2.2 release, the audio service includes options for the default 
values of talk (mute), input gain, and output gain.  These are saved in 
the node config, so will be used whenever you load a node config.  You 
should note that these options are only applied when rat starts, and do 
not adjust rat interactively; interactive control of rat will show up in 
a release after 2.2.
