I asked Matrox about availability of the QID, here was their response on

Hello,

    At the moment there is no word on when exactly the Matrox QID
Graphics adaptor will start shipping, I suspect that it will be early in
the new year. The estimated SRP (Suggested Retail Price) of the QID
graphics card will be approx. $500.00 USD. I would suggest that you
check out Website

Graphics card. For now, all available information on the QID can be
