[AG-TECH] RAT issues

Hello -

I am trying to setup AccessGrid on a new Dell Precision 360 workstation PC 
and am having crazy audio issues.  When I try to connect to the grid I have 
two VIC windows pop up but no RAT window (the same thing happens under 
VRVS).  Then, when I try to turn the PC off I have to wait forever because 
the PC is trying to shut down unresponsive programs, most of which look to 
be RAT-related!  Has anyone seen something like this before?  What do you 
think the problem may be?
