[AG-TECH] installation of AG2

Hi,

I am trying to install the latest AG toolkit and have obtained the globus
certificates. 

When I attempt to run AGServiceManager.py on both the audio and video machines,
I get the following error:

[AG2 at ag-video AG2]$ AGServiceManager.py 
No handlers could be found for logger "AG.CertificateManager"

There are no certificates loaded; application cannot use Globus communications
AGServiceManager URL:  https://ag-video.aset.psu.edu:12000/ServiceManager


any help would be appreciated,
