I use a headphone distribution amp from Rolls (www.rolls.com). They have
several models. Behringer have both 4 and 8 channel units which are very
good. Most suppliers of gear fo rstudios will have a stereo headphone amp.

An amp allows each listener to vary their own sound levels and sometimes
tone(s), without interferring with the system impedance matches or levels
for other listeners.

When I use bluetooth headsets I use a small Behringer mixer (802A) for the
mics and the Rolls headphone amp for the earpieces.
