[AG-TECH] AG2.2 video/audio problems

Got further with this. I now have the vic and rat windows. RAT works 
fine. I can receive video but cannot transmit.
I have tried adding a video service and videoproducer but get an error
Service Manager couldn't retrieve service package
videoconsumer is added OK
Any suggestions
