[AG-TECH] 2 intstances vic.exe

Siraj,
I thought I had tried this configuration.  I configured my node again with only
the
Video Service and I can now see and send video.  However, I don't know how to
point to
the videoservice.zip with windows.  I think that is done with the node
configuration.
