[AG-TECH] beacon client

Fred,

The beacon has undergone extensive development in the last few months.  You 
can get the latest version here:
http://dast.nlanr.net/projects/Beacon/

Mitch Kuzko has done a lot of work on it.  I've installed a few of the most 
recent versions and the INSTALL and README files are very straightforward.

Give it a try and let me know if you need a hand...
