Thanks for the patch.

I applied the patch by hand to VideoProducerService.py.

It now selects correct S-Video input (in the gui of vic). But it is not 
grabbing it (the images say blue)! Perhaps it needs some kind of commit?
clicking on the allready seleted value (either device or port) starts 
the correct grabbing.

should i try to play around with the value after "after" ? is this a 
kind of time out (i know nothing about tcl :( ?
