[AG-TECH] hauppauge video problems

Lately I've been getting complaints on the quality of our
inhouse video going out to AG land. We are still using the original
Haupauge WinTV model 404. Is there a better solution
for an existing VIC to improve color and s/n?
Is it the Spectra8 card?
