Those are very good points, thank you.

I'm happy to say that Mike Miller of NCSA has volunteered to update the 
document, and Eric Brown of Virginia Tech will be helping him out as 
well. They both have a great deal of expertise with audio systems, and 
perhaps can consider your suggestions.
