[AG-TECH] Installation issue

Hi All,

Apologies if this appears as a repost

I've been unable to install a globus certificate, the passphrase dosn't match that which I suppled in the origional request for a certificate. This is now the 4th attempt I've made at getting a cetificate I could install, but to no avail. 

Can anyone provide an insight as to why this dosn't work ?
