[AG-TECH] tcl/tk help on positioning rat/vic

Hi,
   After much exploration in python to position the initial startup position of rat and vic, i felt that hardcoding the rat/vic into position would be much easier. However, i have some questions.
    Is there a syntax in tcl that can position windows? I've try exploring "wm", but the closest i can find is to get the user to manually position it, using "wm positionfrom user". Is there other way to fix the window pop up location?
