[AG-TECH] AGNodeService.py not in Fredora RPM

As of 2.3, the node service is run as part of the service manager, with the '-n' option:

AGServiceManager.py -n

Also, if this is a single machine node, you can start the local node service and service 
manager when the venue client starts, like so:

VenueClient.py --personalNode
