[AG-TECH] AGTK 2.3 Not Run on Win XP

The web pages refer to ActiveState Python, which includes the win32 extensions.  We had 
previously listed two alternatives, either ActiveState Python or straight Python with the 
win32 extensions package.  We'll update the page to list the two alternatives again.
