[AG-TECH] fix for kernel 2.6.7 networking problems

Hi,

If you have been experiencing weird networking problems (slow downs, not
being able to connect to some site, etc) since upgrading to Linux
kernel-2.6.7. It's probably because Linux kernel-2.6.7 has exposed
problems with many firewalls and routers not handling TCP window scaling
correctly.
