The one AG site that I know of that is focusing on Access Grid
accessibility is the University of Wiscosin - Trace Center. They have a
speech-to-text transcription service, but I think it is not completely

Here's their contact information from the global AG node listing:

University of Wisconsin Trace R&D Center
1550 Engineering Drive

Madison, WI 53706
Primary Contact: Joseph Schauer, schauer at trace.wisc.edu, 608-263-3882
Node Operator: Joseph Schauer, schauer at trace.wisc.edu, 608-263-3882
