[AG-TECH] problem with Venue client

hello
i have a prolem connecting my venue client to my local
venue.rather it is unable to connect ot any venue for
that matter
i have tried running it after starting
AGServiceManager and AGNodeservice also still it gives

" cannot connect to venue located at
https://mscse03.microsoft.cse.iitd.ernet.in:8000/Venue.
Please try again"
if somebody can help
i would be thankful
