[AG-TECH] DPPT nullPointerException

Just a few things to check...

make sure no other dppt prompts are active or running...

make sure you have only one person running the server...
dppt prompt |  start registry
dppt prompt |  start agserv

make sure everyone has "set server" correctly and no spaces trail that line 
of code

make sure no other versions or apps for PowerPoint are running...

make sure you actually placed the file you are mastering/client in an 
appropriate location on your hard drive...
(usually something like c:\ag\dppt\)

remember you have to use the FULL PATH NAME (even if you are in the right 
directory already)
dppt prompt |  client c:\ag\dppt\filename.ppt
